PRODUCT RETURNS (if applicable)
For product returns, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Proof of purchase is also required to complete your return.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email; this email will also include the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. The amount of time between when we refund your item and when it is reflected on your account, depends on your financial institution.
--Late or missing refunds
If you believe your refund should have arrived but you still don't see if within you account, then contact your credit card/banking company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. In the event that you receive a refund and there is a return shipment, the cost of shipping the item back will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times vary depending on your specific location which will affect the length of your exchange.
Always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items you deem to be valuable. We suggest doing so for all items over $50. We will make all possible effort but cannot guarantee that you will receive your exchange.
SERVICE CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS (if applicable)
For service refunds, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. You can cancel your service at any time by contacting us directly or via the site (if applicable). We will not pro-rate service fees on cancellations. If you have already paid for the coming month and wish to cancel, we can provide refunds in some cases at our discretion (Please contact us if that is the case).
